Coffee Chats

Join OCEO staff and fellow colleagues for virtual coffee to discuss your community engagement and outreach projects and ideas! We will meet weekly on Friday at 8:30 AM throughout the semester.

Community Conversations 

Community conversations are monthly one-hour facilitated discussions around specific subjects. These dialogues are open to all members of the university community and public.

Community Engagement Academy

The Community Engagement Academy (CEA) is an interdisciplinary professional development program designed for new UTK faculty (0-3 years) and graduate students who wish to learn the foundations of community engagement and engaged scholarship and apply knowledge to research and practice. CEA will provide emerging engagement scholars with background literature on the history of community engagement, facilitated discussion, project design, mentoring, and presentations to increase their knowledge and enhance their practice of community engagement and engaged scholarship. All sessions are virtual.
