Barbara A. Holland, Ph.D., holds academic affiliations with Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Portland State University and University of Sydney. She is an internationally recognized expert in organizational change in higher education with a special emphasis on the institutionalization and assessment of community engagement and has published and consulted widely on these topics. She was also on the selection panel that assigned our new Carnegie Community Engagement Classification.
